Think of it this way: would you rather purchase a property with documented maintenance and completed work, or one that has no records? It seems like a clear choice to us.
Our monthly visit time is set at 1.5 hours to help us stay on schedule. During this time, our inspections are conducted efficiently, taking no longer than 30. This allows us to dedicate the remaining hour to address your needs and repairs.
